Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Methods:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £49.99. Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be shown at checkout.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Sale & Discounted Items: Refunds are not available on sale or discounted items.

For hygiene reasons, perfumes, air fresheners, and personal accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

Postal Returns:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos provided.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Free in-store collection is available within 1 hour of placing your order during store opening hours.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation.
