4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Bridal Hire Terms

Bridal hire bookings may require a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for returning hired garments in agreed condition and timeframe.

Late returns or damage may incur additional charges.

7. Tailoring & Alterations

Tailoring services are provided based on measurements confirmed at fitting.

Once alterations are completed, services are non-refundable unless a clear workmanship fault is identified.

Customers are responsible for attending fittings on time.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes may not be returned if opened.

Bridal hire deposits are non-refundable.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
