3. Bridal Hire Cancellation Policy

For bridal dress hire bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the fitting or hire date may be eligible for partial refund (excluding deposit).
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled fitting or hire date are non-refundable.
